Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following:

I, as the artist

- Will request a full payment of the commission after a sketch of the commission is given and approved by you, the commissioner.- Will require commissions, that ranges above 100$, a down payment at the start of the commission for half of the asking price. The second payment of the other half will be asked once the sketch of the commission is completed- Have the right to post commissions to advertise my platform. However, I wont post a commission publicly per the commissioner's request.- Have the right to decline any commission request for any reason.- Draw mostly anthropomorphic animals (furries) and mainly Pokemon. Fanart can be discussed further in contact.- Will not draw gore, hate/political pieces, humans, mechs, and fetish related content (Other contents can be discussed further).- Can put any commissions on hold for reasons that I can explain.

You, as the commissioner

- Require a proper reference sheet or full/halfbody artwork of your character to be eligible for me to accept the commission. However, if you provide character references through other means (Descriptions of the character, clothing, etc), you will be charged an extra 5$- Are entitled to have three edit requests for the commission that you have bought. Anymore than that will require extra payment per edit (2-5$ depending on complexity)- Can request a refund for explainable reasons. The refund depends on the progress of your commission and can be negotiated more in contact.- Are required to not delete my watermark of the commissioned piece and must credit me for the usage of the piece (posting it publically in your account, using it as a banner or pfp, ect).- Can not use your commissioned pieces for AI or NFT related content- Can use your commissioned piece however you'd like (crop, edit, resize) besides the aforementioned terms above.

Other

- For commissioned pieces like a custom design (currently not available), you as the commissioner are not allowed to repurpose the commissioned piece to be sold again or be given to someone else without my permission- Complexly designed characters will affect the commission's pricing- My one and only payment method internationally (Currently unavailable) is Paypal. All transactions are done in USD- For locals/Indonesians, I currently accept bank transfers to Jenius- For further questions, contact me on Twitter (Links are on the home page)
